Beef & Potato Curry - What you need and method are below. Enjoy.

500 grams cubed Beef
1 Onion
1Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
2 chopped Tomatoes
1/4 cup Cilantro/Coriander
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp Chili
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Coriander
500 grams Potatoes
fresh Chili to taste
4 Green Cardamon pods
Whole Cinnamon
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Dried Chili to taste
Water
Oil
Salt

Start with a little oil in a hot pan and add the whole seeds and cook for 30 seconds, now add the cubed beef and cook for 4 mins.

Now we will add water, just enough to cover and cook for 15 mins.
If you are using a prime type frying steak you can skip this part.

Once the water has evaporated we now add the onions and garlic ginger paste and potatoes and cook for 3 mins.

Now add the 4 powders plus salt and cook for 60 seconds then add the fresh tomatoes and fresh chili lower the heat add a lid and cook for 6 mins.

We should now have the tomatoes broken down making a sauce or masala, if not add more water.

We will now cook on a low heat for 15-20 mins, we need our beef to be soft and tender.

Finally, add the fresh cilantro/coriander and we are done
