Canning Garlic Dill Pickles

I thought I would bring you all along to show you how we can garlic dill pickles. Hope you enjoy!!

Tipe for making pickles:

Brine = 2 parts water to 1 part vinegar and 1 heaping TBSP of salt for each 3 cup of liquid

I use 1 heaping TBSP of picking spice for a quart and a heaping TSP for a pint.

Add-ins can be garlic, fresh dill, dill seed, dried or fresh hot peppers or anything else that strikes your taste buds! :)
