Ingredients for Crunchy Champorado

1 cup Glutinous Rice (malagkit na bigas)
2 cups Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 cup Brown sugar (or more)
1/4 cup Cocoa powder (or more)
1 cup Roasted ground peanut

DISCLAIMER:
Feel free to add sugar and cocoa powder depending on your prefer taste. This champorado recipe has a crunchy texture from the roasted peanut that will definitely irresistible. Moreover, the taste of (DILIS) sweet and spicy fried anchovies makes more delicious.
