grounding is an exercise that connects you energetically to the earth. it allows you to be more authentically in your body, in the present moment, and to receive nourishing energy :)

GROUNDING MEDITATION:
1) sit in a comfy place and close your eyes, taking deep breaths in & feeling the air going in and out.
2) relax and breath.
3) with closed eyes, imagine golden light coming down and engulfing you. you are breathing in this light, this light penetrates deep into earth, into it’s very core.
4) feel the connection.
5) say to yourself “i am grounded”. :)
