How to make Habanero jelly

A how to video on making habanero jelly.
This video will walk you through the process of making and canning it.
I suggest a bagel toasted with cream cheese, with the habanero jelly.
How ever there are lots of ways to enjoy this spicy jelly.

Habanero Jelly ingredients you need.
8-10 habaneros(I used 13 in video).
2-3 bell peppers of your choice.(I have a secret ingredient here).
2 cups of apple cider vinegar.
6 cups of sugar
2 packets of pectin

Directions:
1. Wash all jar and jar lids.Wash all tools for canning.
2. Puree all peppers, with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar.
3. Add puree vinegar solution , to sauce pan bring to boil.
Add a pinch of lemon and salt(lime will work also).
4. Let it slow boil for 10 min.
5. Add 2 packets of pectin, and stir for one more minute.
Remove and let cool for 5-10 more minutes.
6. Skim all the foam that collects on the top.
7. Ladle in liquid jelly into jars.
8. Wipe rims and seal jars.Get ready to pressure cook.
9. Pressure cook jars till signaled by pressure cooker.
10. Remove jars and let cool . Done when lids have popped and
sealed. Put in fridge for 24 hrs and enjoy!
