Making Food Monday: Pressure Cooker Bread Pudding
The Smartypants Mia requested that Mommy make another dessert for this week’s episode of Making Food Monday: Pressure Cooker Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 loaf (1 lb) Brioche Bread
2 tbsp dark rum (I forgot to add it)
1/2 cup pecans (I used macadamia nuts)
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups water for the Pressure Cooker pot
Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp dark rum (I used 2 tbsp per a conversion chart I found. I think it was wrong, I’d just use 1 tbsp)
1/8 tsp vanilla
