Garlic powder
Magic Salmon seasoning (optional)
Rosemary
Thyme
Lemon juice (squeezed)
Lemon zest
Light coat of butter spray
Add 1/4 cup water around the pan (optional)
Cook at 400• for 15 min. Then broil for 2-3 minutes.
LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:
1/2 cup white cooking wine
3 Tbsp COLD butter
1/4 onion (diced)
1 Tbsp Corn starch
1 lemon juice (squeezed)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Salt/pepper
1Tsp thyme
1Tsp Rosemary
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp parsley
