Shakar Para is a tea time snack which is also made during festivals like Diwali. It is a sweet treat made with all purpose flour and sugar. This snack is very addictive and you can't stop eating it when it is made.
The ingrediens are:
1/2 cup Sugar,
1/2 cup Ghee,
1/2 cup Milk and
350 gm All purpose flour or Maida.
