Homemade Spicy Nacho Cheese! (On Tortilla Chips)
Recipe: In a pan melt 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour
Whisk constantly on low to medium heat for one minute.
Slowly add one cup of whole milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
Take: (4 oz. of Velveeta cheese) and cut it into cubes so it will
melt easy. Stir in with a wooden spoon until smooth, add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Stir in 1/2 can of Rotels diced
tomatoes and green chilies. You can use mild, regular, or hot!
Pour over tortilla chips or on the side and serve with Jalapeno
peppers! Enjoy!
