No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Easy cooking for busy family's
The recipe is below:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 cups of sugar
Put the above ingredients in a pot on high on the stove and stirring constantly, when they START to boil turn your timer on 1 minute. When 1 minute is up immediately remove from stove top and add: 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup shredded coconut and 3 cups of quick oats. Stir until combined then quickly drop by tablespoon full onto a wax paper lined sheet pan. Mash them flat like a cookie and let them cool. You can let them cool on the pan or in the fridge. Keep in an air tight container and enjoy!!
