How To Cook Fajitas With Deer Meat

We use these ingredients to for this simple deer fajita recipe:
1 Deer roast (any roast may be used)
1 Onion
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
Lime juice
Minced garlic
Montreal steak seasoning
(After cooking these, slice the roast into thin slices. We like to put this mixture on a tortilla with shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa).
