Pretty much everyone has heard of Bulletproof coffee or butter coffee these days. And if you are on a low carb, keto diet, you might even be have a bulletproof coffee every morning. This video shows you how to make three keto coffee versions that I know you will enjoy. I show you how to make the original Bulletproof coffee, a Keto Mocha, and a Low Carb Caramel Macchiato. Each of these butter coffee recipe can be queaked to your liking, ie coconut oil instead of MCT oil or heavy cream instead of butter. I hope these coffee recipes inspire you to step up your keto coffee game in the mornings.

2 tablespoons unsalted, grassfed butter
1-2 tablespoons MCT oil or Brain Octane Oil or coconut oil
KETO MOCHA aka BULLETPROOF MOCHA
8-36 oz of fresh brewed coffee or espresso
1-2 tablespoons MCT oil or Brain Octane Oil or coconut oil
¼ cup heavy cream or nut milk of choice
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Splash of vanilla
4-5 drops Lakanto Monkfruit or sweetener of choice
ChocZero Chocolate Syrup
LOW CARB CARAMEL MACCHIATO
4-6 oz of fresh brewed coffee or espresso
1 cup of macadamia nut milk (Milkadamia brand) or milk of choice
1-2 tablespoons MCT oil or Brain Octane Oil or coconut oil
Splash of vanilla
