1 cup all purpose flour/maida 130 gms
1 cup grated carrot (Raw) 150 gms
3/4-1 cup powdered sugar 100 gms
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup yogurt/dahi 100 gms
1/4 cup oil 60 ml
2-3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Some raisins
Some mixed nuts to garnish
