Grilled Catfish Fillets

In today's video, I show you how to grill catfish fillets on the Weber Q.

Ingredients:
Catfish fillets

Spices:
2 Tablespoons Paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1-2 Tablespoons sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine spices to make a rub.
Sprinkle each fillet liberally with rub.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes and clean grates with grill brush.
Oil grill grates. (I used grapeseed oil)
Place catfish fillet on grates for direct grilling over Medium heat.
Close lid.
Grill for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, flip catfish fillet.
Close Weber Q lid and keep on grilling for 3-4 more minutes.
Catfish is done.

Total cook time: 6-7 minutes.

Add some butter to top of fish when plating. Use good butter. Preferably Kerry Gold.
Serve with salad, beans or on a hero-style roll to make a sandwich.
