Ingredients
Rice 4 cups
Tuvar dal /pigeonpea lentils 2 cups
Channa dal 1 cup
Dry red chillies 4-5
Green chillies 2-3
salt o taste
Curry leaves a few
Hing/asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Drumstick/moringa leaves 2 -3 tsp(optional)
For chutney
Coriander leaves a bunch
green chillies 2
salt to taste
Tamarind a small piece/lemon juice 2 tsp
