Ingredients
For Chocolate Batter:
100 gms/1 cup Maida
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
200 gms Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
50 gms Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vinegar/Lemon Juice
1/4 cup+2 tbsp Water
For Chocolate Ganache:
250 ml Fresh Cream
250 gms Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp Butter
For Choco Lava Cake
1. Take a large bowl, place a strainer over it, add maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and Sieve it.
2. In a small bowl, add condensed milk, water, vanilla essence and Whisk it well together.
3. Pour in melted butter, oil and Mix it well with a spoon. Add vinegar and Give it a stir again.
4. Now add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Whisk it well.
5. To make ganache, take a pan, pour in a cup of fresh cream and Heat it for a while.
6. Add the cream to a bowl filled with shredded dark chocolate along with butter. Mix it well.
7. Freeze until set and Make roundels. Pour the chocolate batter into cupcake moulds.
8. Bake for about 2 minutes at 150 degree Celsius.
9. Create roundels in the center and fill in the ganache. Then cover the roundels with the chocolate batter.
10. Bake it again for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
11. Top it with icing sugar and it is Ready to Eat !
