1 cup bajra / millet flour
1 /2 cup wheat flour
1 /4 cup semolina (rava)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 /4 cup fenugreek leaves
5 green chilies (chop)
1” Ginger (chop0
6 cloves garlic (chop)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 tbsp oil
1 /2 cup curd/yogurt/dahi
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmetic powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
