Here's another ice cream episode! My base got pretty curdled, but it just made for a thicker richer base! It's tough to balance lighting and the camera while making creme anglais but I'll get it right one of these days. Also I recommend using a little less strawberries, or macerating them first (stir in some granulated sugar, sit for at least 4 hours) because they got really icy over the next couple of days.
