How to make a Christmas Plum Pudding

Many times, when watching the movies Scrooge, A Christmas Carol, etc., I have wondered about that plum pudding Mrs. Cratchit made. This year I made one. It isn't a difficult pudding to prepare, especially if you have a pressure cooker. The result is a rich and delicious dessert. My one departure: I didn't pour warm brandy on top and ignite it. And some people tell me my videos have an ASMR quality.
