In this video I have shown step by step process to make Lachha Paratha (लच्छेदार पराठा). Lachha Paratha is also know as Multi Layered Paratha, Malabari Paratha, warqi paratha, लच्छेदार पराठा and लच्छा पराठा. Lachha Paratha is part of Punjabi cuisine, usually it it made with maida but I have added lot of whole wheat in this paratha. Wheat flour-1 cup
All purpose flour(maida)-1 cup
Salt-1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar-1/2 tsp
Ghee or oil-50 gm
