Puding Sakura | Suka Suka Amel

Sakura Pudding Recipe (English Version)

Ingredients:
Some strawberries
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

(I):
200 g sugar
2 pack agar-agar powder (@7 g)
1/2 tsp salt
2 g vanilla powder
1 L milk (or fresh milk)
700 ml water

(II):
4 tbsp cornstarch + 4 tbsp water (mix well)


Tool:
A round mold / pan : size 22x7 cm.


Directions:
1. Cut the strawberries into thin pieces.
2. Arrange the strawberry pieces in a round pan. Put it in refrigerator.
3. Mix all (I) ingredients and stir evenly. Set aside.
4. Mix all (II) ingredients and stir evenly. Set aside.
5. Cook (I) ingredients over medium heat and stir constantly.
6. Add sweetened condensed milk and (II) ingredients to the mixture just before boiling. Stir constantly until it is mixed and boiled. Turn off the stove, then move the pan from the stove.
7. Continue stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
8. Take out the pan that has been stored in the refrigerator and pour the mixture into the pan slowly using a ladle.
9. Let it cool at room temperature. Put it in refrigerator until the pudding is harden and ready to be served.
