• 6 large bell peppers
• 3 scotch bonnets
• 1 medium ginger
• 2 cloves of garlic
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• ½ teaspoon curry powder
• 1 cup of meat broth
• A pinch of salt
• 3-4 stock cubes
• 1 cup of peanut oil
