Repairing a Harbor Freight Solar Panel

One of the four panels in this kit stopped working. In this video, I look at why and what could be done to fix it.

While not perfect, the Harbor Freight 63585 system still makes for a pretty decent introduction to solar energy. To my surprise, it's actually gone up in price (about $50) as of this writing.
