Butternut Squash Omelet/Frittata {Tortang Kalabasa}

1/2 of butternut squash
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 read onion, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic,minced
salt and pepper
some chicken powdeer(optional)
some oil for sauteing and frying
*Mince the squash.
*Saute garlic and onion. Add in the squash.
*Season to taste.
*Let it cool down completely.
*Combine beaten eggs and the cooled squash mixture.
*Fry in medium heat one ladle full at a time for 2 minutes each side or when its golden brown.
