Ingredients:

One shot or 1 tbs instant coffee with 1/4 cup boiling hot water
30grams/1 oz Dark chocolate chips
2 tsbp Sour Cream
1 Egg yolk
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 Cup flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Baking soda

2 cups cream
2 tbs powdered sugar
2 tbs irish cream
