Baked bean are a BBQ staple, but I have never been able to find a keto friendly recipe. That's when I decided to make my own. This recipe will give you the delicious baked beans that you have been craving, without knocking you out of ketosis. They are sweet, syrupy, and absolutely delicious.

I've had a TON of request for this recipe, but was hesitant to release it because of its use of the soybean. After much thought, I decided to release it anyway because there is in fact nothing about a black soybean that will knock you out of ketosis. If you avoid them for inflammation or hormonal reasons, then I totally get it. If not, then enjoy the recipe!
