Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:

20 oz salmon
3 oz butter
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp honey
few sprigs of parsley chopped

Directions:
1) Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper and keep aside.
2) Take a cast iron skillet, on medium heat, add the butter and let it turn a nice golden brown.
3) Add garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
3) Next, add the honey and mix well.
4) Add soya sauce and stir.
5) Add the lemon juice, mix and cook for 1.5 minutes.
6) Take off the heat and stick the skillet into the oven on high broil setting for 5 more minutes and we are done.
7) Finally, garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with grilled vegetables and/or seasoned rice pilaf.
