Welcome to another video in our series celebrating food bloggers we love. This particular recipe comes from a beautiful recipe blog called My New Roots, created by Sarah Britton an holistic nutritionist. This gluten-free seed and nut bread actually contains no flour whatsoever and is a simple combination of seeds, nuts and oats.

As you will see in the video, this is a very easy recipe to throw together. The bread is nutrient dense and tastes lovely. Be sure to slice before freezing and enjoy the bread toasted with a dab of jam or a good slathering of hummus.
