Ingredients for Best Waffle Recipe -
Butter - 1/3 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 2/3 cup
Milk - 1/3 to 1/2 cup
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Baking Powder - 1 ¼ tsp
Maida / Plain Flour - 1 cup
To serve - Honey / Maple Syrup , Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast - (small pack)
Pizza Screen - (3 pack - 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper - much better than butter paper, and it is reusable -

Whipping Cream -
Oven For Baking - (28liter is good enough)
