Super Moist Blueberry Muffin Recipe 촉촉한 블루베리 머핀 만들기
Blueberry muffin
ingredients
1 Egg
Sugar 65g
Vegetable oil 35g
Sour cream 80g
AP Flour 85g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Crumb topping
Sugar 45g
AP flour 30g
Melted butter 20g
A few Blueberries for topping
Bake at 350F for about 25~30min
(It took 30 min for my oven but I find my oven takes longer than a convection oven)
