VODKA SAUCE RECIPE:
In a skillet add
Olive Oil - let it get hot
Add 1 finely chopped shallot
2 cloves finely minced garlic
saute 2-3 minutes
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sambal oelek (chili garlic sauce)
1/4 cup vodka
mix and simmer 20 minutes, add
1 tbsp butter and salt
Add cooked pasta noodles, cook 2-3 minutes
garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or basil
