SINIGANG NA BANGUS SA MISO is a Filipino dish soup that is made of bangus belly which is stewed in ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, fish sauce, ground pepper and miso paste for umami or savory taste.

Miso is made from fermented soybeans, with salt and koi. It has rich texture, salty and sour taste.

Ingredients:
20g of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 pcs of tomatoes
3 & 1/2 tbsp of miso paste
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/4 tsp of ground pepper
1 liter of rice water
100g or small radish (sliced)
6 pcs of bangus belly (sliced)
2 stalks of lemongrass
Tamarind juice (from 180g of tamarind)
4 pcs string beans (chopped)
5 pcs of ladyfinger or okra
2 pcs eggplants
2 bunch of musts
3 pcs green chilis
