Introducing the basic techniques used to make this character bento, octopus-shaped cocktail sausages and more!

Ingredients:

Omurice:-
Cooked rice 120g
Diced chicken 50g
Chopped onion 40g
Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Eggs 2
Tomato ketchup for decoration
Salt
Pepper

Octopus and Crab-shaped cocktail sausages:-
Cocktail sausage 3
Cucumber 2 slices (1 mm thick)
Black sesame seeds

Omurice:-
(1) Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan and cook the diced chicken and onion separately.
(2) Add the cooked rice to fried onion and chicken above. Then add tomato ketchup, salt and pepper to taste.
(3) Put the ketchup rice into a mold. Place it upside-down on a plate and then remove the mold.
(4) Mix the eggs in a bowl. Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry the eggs so that they form a thin, soft layer.
(5) Cover the ketchup rice with the thinly fried egg. Decorate with ketchup to taste.

Octopus and Crab-shaped cocktail sausages:-
(1) Cut the cocktail sausages.
(2) Fry in a pan at low heat.
(3) Decorate the octopus with cucumber headband and use black sesame seeds to make the eyes.
