即溶酵母 instant yeast 4g / 1,1/4tsp
全蛋 whole egg 1 (55g+- per egg)
水 water 80ml+-
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 40g / 3Tbsp
橄榄油 olive oil 20ml

摄氏200 / 华氏400 蒸烘烤 15-17分钟
Steam Bake at 200°C / 400°F 15-17 minutes
