Chicken Tikka Masala recipe by MJ's Kitchen | English subtitles

Today's recipe is Chicken Tikka Masala by MJ's Kitchen

To make Chicken Tikka Masala, first we'll marinate the chicken.

Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken in large 8 Pieces,
250 gram Yogurt,
2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
2 tbsp Vinegar

for Chicken Tikka Gravy we need:
½ cup Onion blend,
½ cup Tomatoes blend,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste,
3 chopped Green Chilies,
1 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed)
& the Yogurt mix in which we marinated the chicken.

Method:
- Add 1 cup Yogurt to the bowl,
- 2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala,
- 2 tbsp Vinegar.
- Mix it well.
- Now add chicken pieces in it.
- Mix it well & give it a rest for half an hour to marinate.
- Turn on the flame & add 4~5 tbsp Oil to the pan.
- Let it heat up a little.
- Once oil is heated add marinated chicken in it.
- Add all the pieces in single layer.
- Now cover & cook for 10 minutes at low flame.
- Then turn the side & cook again for 10 minutes.
- Once water of yogurt is dried out & tikka well fried, turn off the flame.
- Tikka is ready, let's prepare gravy now.
- Take another pan, turn on the flame & add 3~4 tbsp Oil to it.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste & fry it a little.
- Once ginger garlic is fried add ½ cup blended onion.
- Fry the onion then add ½ cup blended tomatoes, add chopped green chilies, Salt & roasted crushed Cumin seeds, 1 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala & the Yogurt mix of marination.
- Now cover for 5 minutes at medium flame
- Add lemon juice & cook for more 2 minutes.
- Gravy is ready.
- Turn off the flame & let's dish out it.
- First place the chicken tikka in the serving dish, now pour the gravy over it.
- Our delicious Chicken Tikka Masala is ready.
