Squash Seed Saving and how to cook

This video shows saving De La Kata squash seeds, however the principle works for all squash types.
if you have any kind of winter squash an easy recipie to serve 3 different ways:
cut sqush length ways, remove seeds and save for planting (or roasting for a great snack), add bits of butter, a bit of brown sugar and salt to each half. Roast in a 425F oven for 20-30 mins.
Serve each person a full half squash .
OR
bake as above. once finished scoop cooked flesh into a bowl and mash (just like mashed potato) service as a side.
OR
cut the squash into cubes (remove skin), add into a bowl, mix with various spices, olive oil, salt and sugar. put on a cookie sheet and roast 425 F for 20 mins or so. You can add in lots of other types of veggies and roast together (regular potato, carrots, onion, garlic, zucchini, turnip, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower etc etc)
