A great addition to your Thanksgiving table!

Ingredients:
refrigerator pie crust- usually comes with 2 crust on a pack. You will need 2 for this recipe.
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 beaten egg for egg wash with a tablespoon of water in it
Salt to taste
Roll out your pie crust and sprinkle your cranberries and pecans over it. Top with the other pie crust and use your rolling pin to flatten them together.
Use the cookie cutter of your choice and cut out as many as you can. When you’re done take the scraps, re-roll them and cut more crackers out. Place them on a baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper. If you’re not using parchment paper make sure you lightly grease it. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes making sure to turn pans half way through the baking time for even baking.
These go great with a cheese and fruit platter or to decorate a casserole or on soups.
Serve and Enjoy! ♥
