2 Cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cucumber, diced
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Cloved garlic, crushed
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1. Mix greek yogurt and sour cream.
2. Add crushed garlic, diced cucumber, chopped dill, lemon juice and season with sea salt and black pepper. Mix.
