Oven temperature : 350F/ 160c Fanforced
Serves 8-10 people

Ingredients

3/4 desiccated coconut
1 1/4 cup semolina + 1 tablespoon plain flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon clove powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup melted butter
1 cup yogurt

1/2 whole lemon - thinly sliced
1/2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons sugar/brown sugar
2 tablespoons yogurt

Serve it with the warm sauce and cream or vanilla ice-cream
