They say that money can't buy happiness so instead I have filled this Trillionaires Shortbread with things I KNOW will make us all very happy! It's so naughty you might have to eat it in secret. It's better than Millionaires Shortbread because it gives you MORE!!!

||RECIPE||

Shortbread -
1 & 1/2 cups of Plain Flour
1/2 cup of Rice Flour
1/2 cup of Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
250g Cold Unsalted Butter, chopped
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Salted Caramel -
1 cup of Caster Sugar
5 tbsp water
1 cup of Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt

Bits and Bobs -
Handful of Salty Pretzels
Handful of Salted/Roasted Peanuts
Handful of crushed Salted Potato Chips

Topping -
350g melted Chocolate (milk or dark, whatever you like!)

YUM!
