Yup! You thought I'd given you everything I had for Pancake Day already! But NO! There is more. You guys deserve it. So this Pancake Day, or for any other day of the year which needs pancakes, get your batter on and make this EPIC Nutella Crepe Cake

Recipe -

For the crepes...
300g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp caster sugar
6 lg eggs
900ml whole milk
butter+oil for cooking

For the ganache...
150 double cream
150g dark choc

For the cream fillings...
400g double cream
20g icing sugar
50g Nutella

+ extra Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts
