Mutton Keema Vada
Ingredients

Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
Green Chili - 1 no
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 3/4 tsp
Water
Minced meat - 200 gms
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Besan or Gram flour - 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 no
Chopped Coriander leaves
Oil

Method:
1.First, add 2 tbsp of Chana Dal(Buy at ), 1 whole Green Chili, 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds, 3/4 tsp of Fennel seeds and pour Water and soak this for about 30 minutes.
2.Grind the soaked Chana Dal into a coarse mixture with 200 gms of Minced meat.
3.To the mixture, add Salt(Buy at ), 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, 1 tsp of Besan or Gram flour, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic and chopped Ginger, one chopped Onion, chopped Coriander leaves and mix it everything together.
4.Take a little of the mixture, make flat patties and keep it aside.
5.In a wide Tawa(Buy at ), pour and heat Oil, gently place the patties into it and deep fry them. Keep the flame on low, so that the meat is cooked through.
Yummy Mutton Keema Vada is ready to serve.
