Processing Passionfruit for the Freezer & Making a Passionfruit Drink.

We were given a beautiful bin of passionfruit seconds, 55 liters all up. We pulped them, strained out the juice, froze the juice & made a beautiful passionfruit w ginger drink using the flesh from around the seeds.
