Summer is upon us and the fruits of the season are so ripe and sweet. It's the season of AGUAS FRESCAS! Today I make 3 kinds of agua frescas that are a hit and so easy to make.

AGUA FRESCA DE SANDIA
1/2 of a Large Watermelon
Lots of Ice
1 Gallon Jug
(optional) sugar to preference

AGUA FRESCA DE PINA
2 Ripe pineapples
lots of ice
(optional) sugar to preference
1 Gallon jug

AGUA FRESCA DE LIMON
8 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
2 quarts of water
lots of ice
