1 head Broccoli
1 small red chopped Onion
150g boneless Chicken meat
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp unsalted Butter
Pepper
Salt
1/4 or 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 or 3 tbsp Honey
11/2 or 2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 or 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds (optional)
