1/3 Cup Of Oats
1/2 Cup Of Almond Milk. ( or any milk of your choice)
1 Small Frozen Banana Cut Into Slices
1/2 Cup Of Frozen Strawberries Cut Into Small Pieces
1 Scoop Of Protein Powder ( vanilla or strawberry flavor)

2. APPLE PIE OATS

1/3 Cup Of Oats
1/2 Cup Of Almond Milk. ( or any milk of your choice)
2 Heaping TBSP Of Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla flavor)
1 Small Apple Cut Into Pieces
1 Cup Of Apple Sauce
1 TSP Of Cinnamon

3. PEANUT BUTTER BLUEBERRY OATS

1 Almost Done Jar Of Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Of Oats
1/2 Cup Of Almond Milk. ( or any milk of your choice)
2 Heaping TBSP Of Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla flavor)
1/2 Cup Of Blueberries
1 Scoop Of Protein Powder ( vanilla or strawberry flavor)
