Korean Stir Fry Tofu Simmered in Soysauce (두부조림) by Omma's Kitchen
Ingreddients (Serving 4 persons)
* 2 packets of firm tofu
* 3 tablespoon of of chopped green onion (more the better)
* 6 tablespoon of soysauce (If you want to simmer more then add one tablespoon of water and simmer more)
* 2 teaspoon of minced garlic (more the better)
* 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
* 1 teaspoon of tasted sesame seeds
* pinch of ground black pepper
* 2 pinch of sugar or 1/4 teaspoon
* 3 tablespoon of canola oil or any cooking oil
* 1 teaspoon of mirin (optional)
