1 cup full cream milk + 1 tbsp vinegar _____________ 17
3/4 cup softened butter, unsalted _________________ 33
1 1/2 cup sugar __________________________________ 18
3 eggs ___________________________________________ 18
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract _____________________ 4
2 tsp red gel food color ____________________________ 20

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 block (250g) cream cheese ______________________ 152
1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream _________________ 52
1 small can condensed milk _______________________ 32
1 tsp vanilla _______________________________________ 2

WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
250 grams chopped white chocolate ________________ 56
250mL all purpose cream ___________________________ 52

*Melt 300 grams white chocolate as fourth layer _____ 68
*Sprinkle with red velvet cake crumbs on top
*You can bake 1/4 of the batter on a wide tub size loaf pan to yield 12 cake slices that will fit in the tubs (8 from the rectangular pan and 4 from the loaf pan)
