Rezala has very unique flavor for which it is so distinctive from other Mughlai dishes. Ingredients:
Ginger Garlic Paste
Curd
Oil
3 to 4 tbsp Ghee
1 - 2 Bay leaf
2 to 3 cinnamon
White and black pepper
2 to 3 Clove
3 to 4 Dried Red Chilli
1 cup Onion Paste
2 to 3 Green Chilies
3 to 4 tbsp Poppy seeds and Cashew Paste
1 cup Churned Curd
Water
Onions
Salt to taste
Sugar
a drop of Mitha Attar
1/2 tsp Kewra water
2 tsp Milk and Kesar
