Trying PUTTY foundation for the 1st time? Weirdest Texture ever!

Today I'm reviewing this weird new PUTTY foundation by Stila ;)

The eyeliner is Physicians Formula Serum Eyeliner!

The lipstick is Bobbi Brown Art Stick in 'Uber Red'!
